Kaspersky PREMIUM Licence 1 Device (Can the same license be installed on Android?)

I would like to know if the license for a Kaspersky Premium device, the same license installed on a PC, can be installed on Android.

Or do I need to purchase a separate Android license?

From what I understand on the purchase page, it can be installed on Android without buying a separate Android license. Is this correct? I ask because I haven't been able to activate the Android license by installing Kaspersky Premium (thinking that this license would also protect my Android device).

Welcome!

1. Yes!  A Kaspersky Premium subscription allows for Kaspersky Premium to be installed on *multiple-OS/platforms - Windows®, macOS®, Android™, iOS®, Linux® -                                 
2. It's not necessary & impossible to *activate* a subscription more than *once*. IF (your) Kaspersky Premium subscription has been activated already then that part of the task is done. 
3. Install Kaspersky Premium on the Android device & from the  Kaspersky Premium application select sign-in (to your) MyKaspersky account - so the *installed* Kaspersky Premium application *synchronises* with (your) MyKaspersky account & picks-up the License information, however - a ONE device subscription may not allow the subscription to be used on more than one device at a time - in the *old-days* it was possible but since the release of the new software it seems not to be so... You may wish to check with Kaspersky Customer Service (KCS) ->  https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select Email, then fill in the template as shown in the image:

Yes, you can use Kaspersky Premium on Android, but it depends on your license.

If your subscription is for 1 device only, then you can’t use it on both PC and Android at the same time. You need to choose one device.

If you want to use it on multiple devices (PC + Android), you need a multi-device license.

To use it on Android:

• Install the app on your phone
• Sign in with your Kaspersky account
• It will automatically detect your license

So the issue is not activation, it’s the device limit of your license 👍
