Kaspersky Premium is killing my internet connection as soon as I open it

"So, I bought Kaspersky Premium to keep my PC safe and was just looking through the settings to see what’s what. After a bit, I tried to hop on Google and YouTube, but my internet was completely dead.

To see if Kaspersky was the problem, I shut it down entirely—and boom, the internet came back. When I turned it back on, it died again. I thought it might be related to 'Smart Home Monitor,' so I disabled that, but no luck. The issue is still there.

Does anyone know how to fix this? If I can’t find a solution here, my last resort is to turn off every single protection feature and toggle them back on one by one to see which one is the culprit. Any ideas?"

Do you run another security suite alongside Kaspersky ?
