Kaspersky Premium is "killing" my connections (Wi-Fi & Ethernet)

Hello!

I bought the Kaspersky Premium license on Cyber Monday. I downloaded it from the official links and installed it without any problems on my Thinkpad (Win11 Pro).

However, with Kaspersky open, it "kills" my Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. I can even use the "ping" command, which it recognizes, but I can't browse anything, through any browser. WhatsApp, Telegram and mIRC don't connect... But if I close the application completely, the connection goes back to normal without any problems.

The support team thought it was the VPN, but it wasn't. Then they asked me to change the network properties and disable something, but that also proved useless.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

Please provide the exact version of K. product and W11 Pro installed.

I guess You don't have any other security product installed, also W11 completely up to date via Windows Update, check Optional as well.

Ahaaaaa!!!!!!!! Kaspersky DOES NOT SUPPORT Beta and/or Insider Preview operating system channel versions! Only stable official ones!

Kaspersky do the same things on my windows 11 pro insider... Maybe it's time to switch to a non Kaspersky product..."

Hello @Alaska99,

Welcome!

It's your choice - you could use a supported OS, READ:  Kaspersky for Windows, Hardware and software requirements, Operating system requirements

Kaspersky does not support any OS that is Insider Preview - Pro(?), Beta & OR in development; Kaspersky *only* supports final and officially released operating systems & that's an *industry standard*.

Thank you?

The Insiders Preview are considered beta products that of course may come with bugs, that's why K. products only supports stable final and official products.
