KASPERSKY PREMIUM & IOS 10.15.7

I bought KASPERSKY PREMIUM, but when installing it tells me that it is incompatible with IOS 10.15.7, it is the latest version for my MAC which cannot be upgraded.

What should I do?

Unfortunately I bought the software, so I have two solutions, either change my computer or buy another antivirus ?
