Kaspersky premium, encryption available

I just checked the encryption option that gives us kaspersky premium and I was wondering if there is any way to make the effective key bigger than 56 bits. Nowadays a key of 56 bits is not enough even by just trying to get in by brute force. 256 bits should be an option.

Welcome!

1. The issue has previously been raised & discussed with Kaspersky experts; their position is: Kaspersky product uses AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption algorithm with 56 bit key length.
2. (You're) more than welcome to argue it out with them, (you) can do so via submitting a request to Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as Feedback, I have a suggestion OR Feedback, I have a complaint; include a *detailed history* ->for example - IF (you) have verified logs, traces, data, video etc.,  that shows 56 being penetrated by *brute-force* -> include the supporting evidence. 

• *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*.     
• *Note*, not all change requests are successful & those that are may take a long time, sometimes a very long time, to be implemented:
