Hello everyone! I have a small problem with Kaspersky. The EA App application will not start and constantly reports that the ea background service has crashed. When I turn off Kaspersky, the application starts without problems. Where and how do I put the ea background service in the exceptions in Kaspersky? Thanks in advance!

Can You provide versions of operating system and K. product installed?

 

Chen in Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, if there are some related EA App services/executables in any of the restriction groups.
