Kaspersky Premium 21.20.8.505 1 Object Detected but not disinfected

I was doing a scan for some files I downloaded. After scanning the Kaspersky dialog box showed 1 Object Detected in Red but I couldn't find details of that object anywhere in Scan Reports or in the Quarantine. Do note that this happened just after my application updated to 21.20.8.505 version.

The scan result was as follows:

I did a full scan after that and that also didn't find anything. The file I downloaded has since been deleted and nothing from that file was run. Other second opinion Antiviruses also didn't find anything suspicious on the system. To me it looks like a bug.
