Kaspersky Plus cannot activate the Firefox Add-in

No matter what method I try, I cannot get the Kaspersky Plus to activate/add the Mozilla Firefox extension.  WHY?  How do I do it?

Please provide version of KPlus installed, also version of Mozilla FireFox.

This version is updated "too far". 🙂 Insider preview builds are not supported. System Requirements.

What more can I explain?  The lonk IN KASPERSKY PLUS offers to add to Firefox but clicking it does nothing!  No error screen or message  - just NOTHING happens and the option remains. P0

Thank you for posting back & the information!

1. Microsoft disagrees with you, read: Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26200.5742 (Dev Channel) -> Kaspersky *only* supports commercially released platforms.
2. Install a compliant OS, read: Kaspersky for Windows, Hardware and software requirements, retest the issue?

Please share the outcome with the Community when it's available?

Current released version of Win 11 is 24H2 Build 26100.4946. Win 11 25H2 has not yet been released. That's what I'm trying to say.🙂
