Kaspersky Plus application opens without any apparent reason

Hello, for the past few days I've noticed that when I start my PC, the Kaspersky Plus application opens without any apparent reason for it to do so. Is there a way to prevent the application from opening?

Go to Your Windows Energy settings -> disable Window Fast Boot/StartUp, save and reboot.

    Thats is not an acceptable answer.

    I have disabled most Notifications on my 85 year father-in-law's laptop, and told him to stop and call me any time he gets a Kaspersky notification.

    He is calling me daily when Kaspersky starts!

     

    Please put things back the way there were.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
