How do I know if I have downloaded the app correctly to use? Previously with another PC whenever I went to a bank website the app would automatically get into a separate tab of protective mode (green frame) which now isn't happening at my current PC. Please advise.

Hi- I have the same question about the green frame. I "think" I have the extension installed, but I do not see a green frame when accessing a financial institution website.  Am I supposed to see a green frame? (Previous Internet Security user, now a Standard user). Thank you!

Welcome!

1. Yes - you are supposed to see the green frame / Safe Money browser. 
2. Let's confirm that Kaspersky Protection extension is actully installed, if the browser is Google, in the URL bar type & go to chrome://extensions/ - find the Kaspersky Protection extension - is it enabled - like in our image?

3. Select Details - what is the Kaspersky Protection extension - *version*? 
4. Which Kaspersky Standard *version* is installed? -> read: How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application?
5. In the *actual* Kaspersky Standard application, is Safe Money enabled? 
6. Is the Default browser defined as an actual browser or has it been left as Default?

rebooted, but still did not see green frame on financial institution site (this is a site that with Internet Security displayed the green frame). Then realized I needed to also add the website to Safe Money. Now it's working.  Thank you SO MUCH for getting me on the right track, I really appreciate it!
