Kaspersky Permium is Blocked in my MacBook Air

During the configuration of Kaspersky Premium in my MacBook Pro, the app got stuck in “Extensão do Sistema” and I cannot use the app, as shown in the attached picture. I closed and reopen the app without success. I also restarted the MacBook Air without success. I tried to uninstall this app without success too. Could you help me please? Thank you in advance.
