Kaspersky Password Manager Problems

Greetings,

KPM hasn't worked for me on some sites for a while now.
For one thing, I created an account to access the modem,

but accessing the modem near the credential fields no longer appears

the KPM key symbol and yet I repeat before it worked when entering

in the password archive there is still this account with the credentials.

Can anyone give me some pointers?
