Hello @Codename K

You're most welcome!

Thank you for the information.

  1. Does KPM extension show in the Firefox Safe Money browser -> about:addons ?
  2.  Log a case with Kaspersky Support; on the support page select either Chat or Email, then select Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the issue(*s) & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.
  • Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you?

Additional @Codename K

IF the KPM extension is not available in Firefox 104.0.2 (64-bit), run as Safe Money, reinstall, by adding:

https://click.kaspersky.com/?hl=en&pid=kpmwin&version=9.0.2.1352&hotfix=e&link=ffext

Only thing is that I opened Safe Money browser and opened the link above which installed the KPM extensions.

You're most welcome!

We're delighted to read the issue is resolved

Thank you.

Although the KPM extension got installed for Safe Money web browser and worked for www.paypal.com, there are some further issues with other websites.

I tried to use it with following websites in Safe Money web browser,

https://onlinebanking.amanabank.lk/
https://www.combankdigital.com/

There seems to be some issues where the username and password are not added to the text boxes. Sometimes only the username is added but not the password. Moreover, sometimes both the values are added, and it tries to automatically log in, and the login gets blocked by these websites saying the user is blocked and contact the bank. But, if I manually type in the details, then it gets logged in.

So, it works if you enter the username and password manually in Safe Money web browser in above-mentioned websites. But, if the values are added by KPM, and it tries to log in automatically, then it fails with the message that the user is blocked and contact the bank.

Hello,

I recently installed Kaspersky Premium. However, I am facing the same issue as before. It does not automatically fill the credentials in the Safe Money web browser. It has to be manually entered.

Hello @Codename K

Welcome back!

  1. Is KPM extension installed & enabled in the Safe Money browser - read: The extension is installed. Configure your browser for the extension to work properly.
  2. IF 'yes', which KPM extension version - is installed please?
  3. Has the OS been updated since (you) first posted the topic: September 10th, 2022, if 'yes', please provide current OS version & build
  4. Check all *other* extensions installed in Firefox/Safe Money browser?
  5. 👉'IF' we understand the issue correctly, in Firefox 119.0.1, Kaspersky Premium Safe Money browser v21.14.5.462, KPM v23.1.0.192 / 1696184774_7435 / 1.1.0.2_1 & KPM extension v23.1.109.1, no KPM icons show in the browser in the profile/password fields: we tested: https://my.kaspersky.com/https://www.facebook.com/https://www.reddit.com/ & https://commons.wikimedia.org/ -> sans KPM icons - for all😣 -> please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.

Hello,

I am sorry for the late reply.

I have contacted Kaspersky Customer Support about this issue. They took the required details to find the solution. It looks like the issue might be from the website.
