Kaspersky Password Manager does not open in Google and Edge browsers

Good afternoon,

Today I tried to access the Kaspersky Password Manager extension on Edge and something strange happened: when I accessed it, no passwords were shown, and when I opened the extension page again, it kept loading without opening. I tried on Google Chrome and the same thing happened. The only recent events were updates to Google Chrome and Edge, and my Windows was updated to 25H1.Even though the application is running normally, the extension icon remains gray.

The browser versions are:

EDGE: version 141.0.3537.71

Chrome: version 141.0.7390.77

Kaspersky Password Manager version: 25.0.0.501 (a) / 1758632131_7729 / 1.1.0.2_1

Thank you in advance.

Hello @Lucas A.

Welcome back!

  1. There is no 25H1 -> *exactly* which Windows OS version & Build is installed, in Windows Search, type WINVER -> open the WINVER app & post back what is shown in the popup? Is Windows a *commercial* release - not Preview, Canary, Beta nor any other OS that's *not* supported by Kaspersky?
  2. READKPM, Supported operating systems.

Thank you🙏
