First things first:

My Kaspersky subscription expires soon. Since I also live in the U.S. I cannot renew. My primary concern is all the passwords that are managed by Kaspersky. Will I still be able to access the passwords.

Kaspersky Password Manager (KPM).

  1. Will I still be able to access the passwords.

Hello @The_Mick

Welcome!

  • After a subscription expires, KPM switches to the free version, please read: Switch to the free version
  • From memory free KPM is limited to 15 entries.
  • (Our) advice is to make a KPM backup/create copy *before* the subscription expiry so the data is available in backup form in case of issues.
  • A *new* KPM subscription could be purchased from Kaspersky global website: https://www.kaspersky.com/password-manager - it may be necessary to use a VPN.
  • & IF (you) need assistance - *while you still have a subscription* - reach out to Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/us/b2c/us#contacts  - select either Chat or Email; include a *detailed history*.
  • *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*.

Thank you?
