Kaspersky outlook Add in crashes and add ins won't be starting

Goodday,

 

I have Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows 11.0.1.90 installed on my laptop.

When I want to send a local PDF file using copy to Email Recipient, my outlook is crashing.

The Kaspersky add-Inn in Outlook won't start anymore after this.

I will put some attachement with error messages.

I will allso attach a dmp file but this file is 952 mb. 

Which steps should I take to upload this file?

I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Developers have built a private fix to address this issue: pf5364.

Please create an incident in CompanyAccount in order to obtain it, specifying a link to this thread and requesting the patch. Unfortunately, we are restricted from uploading it to the forum directly.

Why is it like to create an account for corporate?

I am using as personal and I have the same issue.

please send me the patch if you have it.

I see this thread opened 4 months ago, it is unprofessional that the patch is not included in updates.

 

Please tell me what we have to do asap, since you dont have chat support or any kind like that.

You can create your personal account (but here you are in corporate section of this forum).
And patch will be out for everyone gradually not only for you.

I dont know why getting an update after 4 months can be that difficult for a service that I paid for and now I have to spend twice of that of my time to get updated.

Include it in the updates then with one click on update we receive it, what is GRADUALLY ?!!!

I have the same issue. Where is the fix? I need excellent security in my email program, so I will not be renewing my subscription if this is not fixed.

@LundaleLaw , if you use the same verison KES (11.0.1.90) I strongly recommend to update KES to the latest version. Support for KES 11.0.1.90 will expire 01.01.2022.
