kaspersky out of office policy unidentified network

I have completed the Out of Office policy. It works fine on some computers. But some computers work as if they are out of the office even though they are in the local network. In other words, even though they are in the office, they need to make a vpn connection to use the internet. Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?
