Kaspersky network agent 11 and kaspersky endpoint security standalone package [moved]

Dear all, when i was installing klnagent and kes 11 on windows 7 sp1 enterprise it gave me fatal error .i was using standalone package to install them. please view attached screenshot.

Hi, Could you please provide us with KES installation logs (kl-install-yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss.log, kl-setup-yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss.log , ucaevents.log) from the affected host? Please upload also the getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version of it to review. Hello. when i tried to install kaspersky network agent and kaspersky endpoint security from setup it was completed with out error.

Hi, Without the GSI, I think the problem is that you try to install Kaspersky Endpoint and the network agent when you already have a network agent and a Kaspersky Endpoint v10.4 installed. The recommendation would be to uninstall them before installing the new versionm, or try to install manually (locally). Regards
