kaspersky login password at cabin

At home (Home internet) I used my computer to setup Kaspersky kids on my child’s android tablet. I then took my child’s  android tablet to my cabin and tried connecting to the cabin internet . When I push setting (to Connect to cabin internet)  on the android device it says the Kaspersky logo comes up and says  “ using this app is not allowed”. Do I need the original “home” internet to access the account?

Regarding “Do I need the original “home” internet to access the account? “, no, however, it may be there’s been a configuration setting made that’s preventing network access.  

When the problem happened, was there another device available, for example a device with KSK (for parent) that Application control could be managed? 

May we have the following please:

1. The Android device name, operating system & version?
2. An image of the notification “ using this app is not allowed “? 
3. An image of all Blocked applications - open (your) MyKaspersky account, select  KIDS tab, select Application monitoring ?
4. An image of all Application categories?
