Hi,
the folder C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Safe Kids 1.0.5\Logs takes up 300+ GB of space on my sons drive. Any reason why is this?

Thanks,
Gorast

Hi,

you need to check which files this folder contains:

if it .dmp files - this means that KSK crashes and creates crash dumps.

If crash dumps are found, please create the request to technical support: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/Global and submit the number of the incident to me.

If there are .SRV .GUI files - you need to check and disable KSK-traces collection.

Thank you.

Its doing it again.

Hello @GGGorast

Welcome back!

Is Log application events, CHECKED or UNCHECKED?

  1. IF it's CHECKED, uncheck it, confirm the Data processing statement, select Save & delete the logs
