IF the phone was dropped, it’s possible the sim card was dislodged in the sim slot, but unlikely, as the seating for sim cards is normally very tight, also, IF the sim card is not inserted correctly, your phone/network functions will not be working as per design 🤔 Have you now removed the Sim card & reinstalled it?
