Kaspersky locked my device

Today Kaspersky locked my galaxy j6 plus without my command and it keeps doing it i want to know if the sim watcher did it cause i dropped My phone and the sim card isn't connected to my phone

Today Kaspersky locked my galaxy j6 plus without my command. 

It keeps doing it.

Welcome back!

1. Read before you create a new topic!
2. IF the phone was dropped, it’s possible the sim card was dislodged in the sim slot, but unlikely, as the seating for sim cards is normally very tight, also, IF the sim card is not inserted correctly, your phone/network functions will not be working as per design 🤔
3. Have you now removed the Sim card & reinstalled it?
