kaspersky ksc_10sp2mr1_10.4.343b

i install ksc_10sp2mr1_10.4.343b on win 10 Pro N after install kaspersky i made restart to machine when os come up become very slow and black screen with arrow popup front of  me .
steps i made 
1- turn off network threats protection 
2- turn off firewall
3-in file threats protection turn off nettork scanning and made hurestic analysis light scan .

after this steps still the same problem anyone can help me.

Can you please clarify the environment where you trying to install KES?

Is it possible to install newer version of KES

 The Environment no AD used

3 different subnet

installed ksc 11.11 but i insert package 10.4 because the win10 not services pack 

So i used this pack
