Kaspersky klnagent Service

Hello all,
i have installed kaspersky network agent on windows server 2012, but i faced a problem that klnagent service running and starting every second its not stable at all!
if any body know why i will be grateful.

Dear Yaseen0,

Was it a new installation of network agent or did you upgrade from an old version? 

I suggest that you uninstall current network agent using cleaner.exe https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc/13.2/tools/13088 , reboot server then install network agent 14.2
