Kaspersky Kids - Cannot block Discord on Chrome

Hi, I have already added Discord as Forbidden Exclusion but it is not blocked, my child can access.

Welcome!

• In our test, (to replicate the information you’ve provided) → after adding discord.com, we tried to add http://discord.com, the following error displayed: The website already has been added to the exclusions list.    Forbidden     
• In our test, using Chrome, KSK blocks Discord → see video. 
• We also added a Discord app Forbidden rule (to cover all bases) → images 4 & 5

1. Which device OS version? 
2. Which KSK version → on Windows Taskbar, or hidden icons, rightclick the KSK icon, select About? 
3. Which Chrome version? 
4. Have Discord cookies & history been cleared from Chrome?
