Kaspersky Keep Crashing In The Last 2 Weeks

Hi I've contacted CS for this, but does anyone having the same issues and know how to solve it?

The app is trying to update the database, everytime it updates, the app crashes and then Windows Defender will tell me that Kaspersky has crashed.

At the beginning, I did not want to send error report cause I think it contains confidential information about my PC, but since it keep crashing a lot of times, I decided to send it.

It cannot even sending error report aka crashing when sending.

I read other people's topic and tried to reinstall, but it didn't work for me. The app just keep crashing after installation.

I really like the simpleness of Kaspersky compared to Norton, but hey Norton didn't even crash for the last 10 years for me and I've only been using Kasperky Standard for 3 months and it already giving me issues.
