Kaspersky is using 100% CPU on Windows Server 2012 [MOVED]

Hello guys,

 

I have a problem with kaspersky on my Windows Server 2012. He’s using 90% or more of the CPU. I try to install the Kasper updates but the problem persist. I try to unnistall kasper and download again, but the error persist too.

 

What I do next? Please help me. My business is being affected.

Which version/product are you using? You should use KSWS for servers (not KES or a home product).
