Kaspersky is blocking back 4 Blood's connections

Kaspersky has been preventing my Back 4 Blood from signing in online. Every attempt it says  a connection cannot be established. Once I close Kaspersky, it works fine. I’ve tried to add it as an exclusion but it always fails to do so. 

 

Anyone having a similar issue and have found an alternative fix? I’d prefer to have the AV running while i play.
