Hi Berny working on it right now, when done where do I post it to. On here? Also just ran a full scan in safe mode worked ok , nothing found .

Quick scan seems to be working now , once launched it takes a few mins to start working, never did that before.

If it's working you can close this thread, unless onther people are having the same problems.

Doing it again , Calculating the time remaining to do a quick scan waiting for over a hour now to start.

Hello

I have the same problem too. I’m using Kaspersky total security. I found a virus and I hit distinct and restart. After restarting And using Windows troubleshooting to get the system files to the previous state and fiding and fixing damages( as usual) , the scan was never completed (getting stuck at the very beginning About 1, 2 or 3%). I uninstalled and reinstalled the total security, it didn’t work. After getting stuck the application keeps closing, getting open again after I open it myself or a few minutes after shutting down by itself. However, I tried the full scan in the safe mode and it’s totally working properly. How do I solve this problem?

And unfortunately I don’t know how to provide the GSI log.

Can anyone help please?
