Hello friends!

I have been using kaspersky premium for a long time. This year I'm facing this problem: every page of the shopping site, many kaspersky icons appear. Product images disappear when I move the mouse closer. How do I resolve this?

Best regards from Brazil!

If you're experiencing an issue with Kaspersky icons appearing on shopping websites and product images disappearing when you move the mouse closer, it may be related to a setting or feature within Kaspersky Premium. Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the problem:

1. Check Kaspersky settings: Open the Kaspersky Premium application on your computer and look for any settings related to website or ad blocking. Disable any settings that may be interfering with the display of product images on shopping sites. You can consult Kaspersky's documentation or support resources for specific guidance on adjusting these settings.

2. Disable browser extensions: Kaspersky Premium may have installed browser extensions or add-ons that could be causing the issue. Open your web browser and navigate to its extension or add-on settings. Disable any Kaspersky-related extensions and check if the problem persists.

3. Clear browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause conflicts with website elements. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve such issues. Refer to your browser's settings or preferences to find the option to clear cache and cookies.

4. Update Kaspersky: Ensure that you have the latest version of Kaspersky Premium installed. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues with websites and browsers. Check for updates within the Kaspersky application or visit the Kaspersky website to download and install the latest version.

5. Try a different browser: If the problem persists, try accessing the shopping sites using a different web browser. This will help determine if the issue is specific to your current browser or a more general problem with Kaspersky Premium.

6. Contact Kaspersky support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's recommended to reach out to Kaspersky's customer support. They can provide you with specific troubleshooting steps or investigate the problem further to provide a solution.

Remember, it's always a good practice to ensure that your operating system, browser, and security software are up to date to minimize compatibility issues and improve overall performance.
