This is the dll: VirusTotal - File - d926eadaed8927d5fe6c6fecb682d4d29c2bad2971cc0c02fe7394e97cb7d186 Can you download from VT? I also upload one to https://file.io/QlJ3YBmiBtSY

I can't upload any executable file to this forum directly.

Windows 11 + Kaspersky 21.18.5.438(a). The same thing happened on my other laptop.

it is a good idea to contact tech support.

and provide them the file and reproduce traces/

they will investigate the problem

The issue has been fixed via databases. No more freezes when accessing or scanning this malicious executable file and timeouts of VirusTotal analysis.
