Kaspersky Germany is not detected in TVNOW.DE

I have connected to Germany server during my VPN connection but when I try to watch something in TVNOW Germany it says that ip address is not in Germany, hence I cannot watch.

I have also encountered this problem. It always depends on how the provider resolves the IP. Some seem to be not quite up to date there.

For example, one provider shows my German VPN IP as 'Frankfurt/Main', while another locates it in the Czech Republic.

Often disconnecting and then reconnecting helps to get out on a different exit server. With a bit of luck, this is then recognized as a German IP.

In any case, you should report the incorrectly detected IP to support.
