Kaspersky Full scan, File number changes each scan and more questions.

HI, I recently downloaded kaspersky since i was worried for my security runned a full scan and it found 3 trojans, Ofc i would be worried also but, checked my files, dns if it was changed, a night after I runned a full scan again, the file number was 1,5M I really didn’t seem to worry about it, By the way i haven’t been downloading anything. After a full scan again it’s now 2m yes still not downlaoding anything, Here are my other questions.
Does kaspersky full scan detect anything in your files?
Am i safe now? after a full scan with kaspersky?
After those 3 trojan deletion what should i do?
What’s the detection rate of kaspersky full scan?

No detections after a full scan means that your system is clean,  Kaspersky’s detection rate is close to 100%
