Kaspersky filling up Installer folder with hundreds of .msi files

Every time I log in to my computer my installer folder contains at least 10 .msi files from Kaspersky each around 110MB. After deleting and restarting more appear. Our clients machines are now at 100% disk usage and we are having to manually delete all of the files from every single persons' PC. Does anyone know how to prevent these files appearing on everyone's machine?

Hi,

I have the same issue from a customer, with several Windows Server that became inaccessisble due to disk full.

I need to open a ticket with Kaspersky?

Thank you,

MR

Please open a ticket with https://CompanyAccount.kaspersky.com - we need to have a deeper look at what files are written. Therefor please also add a DirListing like this:

1) Open elevated CMD
2) run this command:
dir "FOLDER_PATH" /o:s /s >> c:\filelist.txt

Attach the filelist.txt to your new case.
