Kaspersky FDE error (12.4.0.467)

Hi,

we are trying use FDE for our HP ProBook and below error was generated.

Device is incompatible with authentication agent.

then we run FDE pre check tool and it show below error.

* [Major]Found active KLFDE driver, version 6

Hello,

runnig FDE Check needs KES to be fully uninstalled. The driver KLFDE seems still be loaded.
