Kaspersky error to install package

Hello, i'm having this error showing in windows events while trying to install the package on a windows 2012 server "Exception access violation occurred at address 0x771DC12C on thread 0x000012CC in process 3084 (PacoteEletrogeral1) while accessing address 0x00000000 for read". I've already tried downloading the updated packages, but the error persists. Does anyone know what it could be?
