Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 / Security Center 12 blocks Camra and Microphone

Hello ladies and gentlemen.

 

Actually we use Kaspersky Security Center 12 (Server) and Kaspersky Endpoint Security on our 115 Windows 10 clients.

We have the issue that Kaspersky regulary blocks the webcam, and mirophone in Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

 

Both programs are added as Trusted Programs, path is correct and the icons are “colored” aka not inactive in Settings of the Windows 10 client.

 

If i temporarily deactivate the Protection the access to microphone and Camera is almost instantly unblocked.
