Kaspersky endpoint security 11 does not exit in terminal server session (Citrix / Windows server 2016)

hello community,

i have the following problem in my environment citrix in connection with windows server 2016 kaspersky does not close when i close the session.

We have published applications as an example word, if I close the word the kaspersky stays open and blocks my session. does anyone have an idea how kaspersky ended up with when closing the word?

on a (terminal) server, you should use KSWS (Kaspersky for WIndows Server).

 

Normally, KES has local “Reports” (which means Logs), which component blocks something. In your case I would check for self defense (maybe a profile mechanism of citrix tries to sync certain registry entries of KES, which KES self defense blocks...).
