Kaspersky Endpoint Protection 11.2 - "Subscription status is outdated and needs to be updated"

Hello,

 

We have recently switched to Kaspersky Subscription Model for our Endpoint clients. All went well but now I see a lot of "subscription status is outdated and needs to be updated/refreshed” notifcations when I log onto the clients themselves.

 

There are too many clients to follow the Update subscription status guide as this is manual work per client affected and it does not seem like I can see or update the subscription status using our Kaspersky Security Center 12 interface.

 

Technical specifications:

We run Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.2.0.2254

Kaspersky Network Agent 11.0.0.1131

Kaspersky Security Center 12.0.0.7734
