Kaspersky Endpoint Activated but No Data Appearing in Admin Console

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I’m currently managing a company subscription of Kaspersky Endpoint Security. I’ve installed Kaspersky on several user devices using the company license key. For most users, everything works fine — the license is active, and their devices show up in the admin console.

However, for some users:

  • Kaspersky is activated and running,

  • But no data or logs are showing (e.g., no status, no last seen time, no scan info).

Is there something else I need to enable on the client or admin side?

Appreciate any guidance, Thanks in advance!

I’m using Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud (KES Cloud) via the Business Hub — it’s a cloud deployment

check network firewall and allow these ports and protocols

https://support.kaspersky.com/Cloud/1.0/en-us/208747.htm

Also make sure firewall doesn't inspect kaspersky communication by ssl packet inspection

Thank you so much for your feedback.
Please one last question, What are the specific destination services, domains, or IP ranges these ports should be opened against? Should they be open to *.kaspersky.com, or are there more specific addresses that must be allowed?

ports will be between cloud.kaspersky.com and all workstations and also whitelist all kaspersky update servers from firewall https://support.kaspersky.com/common/start/6105

if the firewall was blocking communication with cloud.kaspersky.com or the update servers, wouldn't that affect all users equally? I can still see other users in the console without issues, so it seems like the connection is working for at least some devices.
