kaspersky endpoint 12 offline updates with kaspersky security center (ksc)

Hi, I would like to ask you how to update Endpoint 12 using Kaspersky Security Center. I have downloaded the updates using Kaspersky Update Utility and shared them on my local network. However, when I create a task to update the endpoint, it displays an "update failed" message.

Ensure that the update package you downloaded using Kaspersky Update Utility is compatible with Endpoint 12.
Confirm that the update package is stored in a shared network location accessible by the endpoints.
