Kaspersky doesnt refund the amazon check

Hello everyone,i bought the kaspersky premium 2 months ago and they said me after 1 october you will able to use your amazon code on kaspersky gifts.But,i tried it today and i couldnt  get anything.Please help me.

1. What does: "Kaspersky doesnt refund the amazon check" - have you contacted Kaspersky? Kaspersky are the manufacturer of the software *but* they're not the *seller*, the Amazon merchant is not a Kaspersky business partner. 
2. Have *you* contacted the Amazon contact as stated in the Amazon Terms & conditions for the Kaspersky Premium purchase? 
3. *Which* Amazon website was the Kaspersky Premium purchased from? 

• As an *example* only, looking at the image below, the Amazon merchant *responsible* for the sale is:
  Software Direct UK , not Kaspersky, IF (we) had a problem with the sale, we have to contact:  Software Direct UK
