Kaspersky detecting apk, alert: HEUR: Trojan.AndroidOS.Subscriber Z Alarm

Hello Kaspersky,
the newly developed app of our company is about to log in to Google play,
but when I installed the APK on my mobile phone, Kaspersky sent out an alert :HEUR: Trojan.AndroidOS.Subscriber z。
I checked the code in the company project and found nothing special.
Other security software did not alarm too.
But in order to reassure future users, I still want to solve this problem.
What should I check to avoid triggering HEUR: Trojan.AndroidOS.Subscriber Z Alarm.

Welcome!

  1. Scan the exe using Kaspersky's Threat Intelligence Portal, when the scan completes, select Submit to reanalyze, fill in the required details & send. 
  2. Log a case with support, select either Chat or Email, select Malware, False Positive template, zip the object & password protect the zip archive with a password, either: malware or infected as the password → make sure you tell support the password & a detailed history, including the alert events, logged by Kaspersky software
  3. Ask support to please send the case to the Virus Lab. 
  • Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?

I sent a email as you recommened. And got reply soon.
They informed me that it was a false detection. It will be fixed.
and I get a weburl to add my app on whilelist.

I am pleased for getting a confirm Solution in such a short time.
