Kaspersky detecting a old pdf as HEUR:Hoax.PDF.Phish.gen

Long back I had downloaded this pdf for looking at LG Air conditioner error codes. I had opened this pdf again yesterday after 3 years and Kaspersky deleted the pdf citing the below.
The PDF was of 3 pages with some links in the last page.
Am I at risk? I didn't click on any links in the PDF and was just browsing through the data when suddenly Kaspersky closed and deleted it.

Ran a rescue disk scan and nothing serious was detected.
