Kaspersky Database out of Date [Moved]

Dear All,

I manage a large company and we are having some issues with updates the kaspersky databases via the Kaspersky Security Center.

Whenever I start the Update Database task, it quickly shows 1% and after a few seconds it is already completed, but the Console is not changes.

The Servers are still maintaining the “yellow” status.

This is only for a few servers and I can not find the solution for it.

 

Could someone please assist me with this?

First try to update the kaspersky server from administration console. Then run the task of update to those servers showing yellow status.

I work for the same company. My collegue made yesterday the first post.

 

Kaspersky Server:

The version of the Kaspersky Security Center is 10.3.407

Application Version: 10.0.0.486

Installed updates:  Critical Fix ProductCore 13 (KB13463) on the Kaspersky Server

 

When we click on one of the outdated servers we can see that the last update was 6 hrs ago. So it seems the server gets updates but Security Center says , that the server is outdated.

 

What other things can we do ? What is the best order to make steps ?
