Kaspersky BSOD and restart Hyper-V on windows server 2012 r2

Good morning, since November, I've noticed that two of my VMs are rebooting at different times with a frequency of about once a week. The machine displays BSOD - reboots and dumps an error to the memory dmp file. This started happening on two different hyper v VMs. The kaspersky endpoint application then throws a message that it has crashed. All windows updates I have installed the latest version of the kaspersky application - 11.11.0.452. The app crashes get this message in the console and bsods and restarts the machine. Please help. What I did: reinstalling the product - no success
