Kaspersky browser add-on error?

I have a Kaspersky Plus subscription. When I click on the add-on with the Firefox browser, I get this image and I can't set anything. I used to be able to add pages here where I didn't want ad blocking. Windows 11 is my operating system.

What version of FF and Kaspersky Protection do You have installed?

 

I sue KPremium 21.18a + FF 131.0.2 and working fine...

 

Kaspersky Protection add-on version: 2.10.9.1

Kaspersky Protection for Firefox: 2.10.9.1

Firefox Browser: 131.0.2

And it's so gray in the menu bar above. Should it be like this?

If I click on this gray one, the image inserted in the topic launcher will appear.

Try to uninstall the add-on and re-install, try to run a reset of Your FF settings.

 

It should be in gray if Anti-Banner and Private Browsing disabled, but still should appear the 2 buttons to enable.

I took it off, put it back, everything is basically turned on, and yet it's still gray. But I just looked, it's the same under Chrome and under Edge. 🤔

I have the same issue (grey icon in all browsers) .. with a suspicious extra.. from one day to the next, my google chrome stopped working completly, saying no internet connection, while i do have, same time fixefox, edge is working.. and everything else too. Just chrome says no connection. The issues probably not connected just mentioning maybe ...
