Kaspersky blocks Outlook to connect to Microsoft Exchange server

Kaspersky Plus is creating issues with Microsoft exchange server. When opening outlook it says trying to connect and gets stuck then the mail does not sync. When exiting Kaspersky by stopping it from working, mails work fine.

I use outlook 2019 and 2021. While K is 21.19.

Everything is fine.

Could you please try restore k‘s settings to default? than reboot windows.

We have 20 computers using Kaspersky. The service providers says its because of the sanctions imposed by USA on Kaspersky products. Is this true?,If it is we going to have to look at different Anti-Virus software options.

Also, try to add the Microsoft Exchange Server, in Network Settings -> Scan Encrypted connections -> Trusted Addresses

sanctions imposed by USA on Kaspersky products made you unable to use kaspersky in USA

you will not update kaspersky and receive KSN data in USA.

but it will not lead kaspersky block a Microsoft software.

if you have 20 PCs using K and they all can not receive emails, you better contact K‘s tech support---you can do so if you are not in USA because k is now cease operation in usa.
