Kaspersky blocks access to some sites

I am completely bothered by a problem that appears many times when I want to access a website. a Kaspersky labeled page blocks access to the site as follows:

and  

System: Windows 7,  with    64 bits.

 

Any help is sincerely welcome  with my respectful salutations.
