Hello

I need to acess my university web page (www.prograd.ufpr.br) and kaspersky wont let me. Says site is not trustworthy. If I ignore the message and click access anyways, it accesses the site but saying that it is under maintenance. I know for a fact it is not under maintenance because I can access it normally via cellphone.

Things ive tried:

  1. Adding a exclusion for said site;
  2. Completely disabling kaspersky (this still gives me a kaspersky error message, i dont know how);
  3. Using other web browsers;
  4. Resetting PC and router.

None worked. The only solution is completely uninstalling kaspersky.

If im now able to solve this problem I will be forced to find alternative anti-virus software since accessing said university site is essential for my wokflow.

Thanks.

Yes your print screen is exactly what im getting also after adding exceptions. The message says site is under maintenance. Problem is - thats false. Not only can I enter the site via other PCs and my phone, it also works on my computer after uninstalling kaspersky. I have read links attached, didnt see nany solutions to my problem, maybe i dont understand it well. Can you elaborate?

Note: this is not the only site kaspersky doenst like. A lot of other resources from brasil are blocked (Universidade de são paulo, sociedade brasileira de pediatria, etc).

Add this exclusion:

This way should work, still I think there is an issue with the certificate of that site, nothing to do with Kaspersky (just warning You the issue).
